DAVIS SQUARE APARTMENT Hi, I'm looking for a non-smoking female roommate to share a beautiful home with my 2 roommates since I have to leave Boston. It's gorgeous -- you have to see it! Spacious furnished common areas, slightly furnished (no bed) bedroom, if needed. Lovely, quiet street 3 blocks from the Davis Square T station. Available ASAP. The lease runs until July 31st. This neighborhood is a perfect balance. The block is quiet so you can get a good night's rest, but only 3 blocks away from the fun, social activities of Davis Square! The apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floors of a house, with 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower and you get to have the bathroom with the tube all to yourself), 3 bedrooms, free laundry room in the unit, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, large shared study. Dishwasher, disposal, ceiling fans, wrap-around porch, shared backyard, basement storage, cable/internet, hardwood floors, period detail. Rent: $840. Shared electricity, gas and cable/internet. Bedroom and Shared Study: The bedroom has room for a queen-sized bed, as well as shelves or a low dresser (slanted ceilings). Good-sized closet. We would share a large study, where you can fit a desk, file cabinet, and/or bookcase, or whatever furniture you prefer. Parking: Optional off street parking in shared driveway, at an additional $50/month. There's also on-street permit parking, which is very inexpensive. There is never any trouble finding parking on our street. You would fill out a rental application (which goes to the landlord's rental broker) and pay the first and last month's rent at the time of lease signing. My landlord and roommates have been considerate to terminate my lease when I find a new person to take my room. About your roommates : They're responsible, considerate, reasonably clean, easy to get along with, enjoy having roommates, one professional and one just defended her PhD.
